Refund policy

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for an unused, clean item in resaleable condition.

To start a return, email vanelle.store.support@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return postage. If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us before returning it so we can resolve the issue.

Where a statutory cancellation right applies, this policy does not reduce it. Customers may cancel eligible online orders within 14 days of delivery and have a further 14 days to send goods back. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or evidence it has been sent back.
